Maceda surfcamp is a warm and friendly surfcamp that welcomes travellers from all over the world. Guests can relax in our chill out room, complete with comfy sofas and a library. You can also catch up with friends and family in the internet: Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. The surfcamp is a ground floor house, it has a gorgeous garden with lots of fruit trees where you can relax after a surf session, have a cold shower in a hot day or simply read a good book. We alsohave a kitchen fully equipped, with lunch/dinner available, where guests can make themselves a hearty meal or a quick snack. A surf destination for surfers outside and inside of Europe. The North of Portugal offers a great variety of waves, which make it an ideal surfing hotspot for surfers of all levels. The Porto surfers come to our surfcamp for surf, it has the best waves around Porto, it has forest, wildness beaches and people who are glad to get out from the busy city.

Located next to the Esmoriz beach, our surf house was built right before the 50s. Although it was adapted to the actual needs (of the XXI century), the surf house still saves some of the 50s architecture lines as well as (the well known, and very) typical, Portuguese ceramic tiles. The house was built to fit its surroundings – a relaxed and confortable space with practical rooms (3 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom) and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, the surf house has a big backyard in which you can enjoy a drink, bbq, or simply relax at the sun.

Esmoriz and the little fisherman towns around it offer one of the best coastal landscapes in Portugal. Explore the inviting landscape by taking a bike ride or simply walking, and discover urban or desert beaches and different kind of waves.
